• Supervises fulfillment associates (picking, packing, loader) and includes maintaining SOP compliance, training and development of team members including leads.
• Monitors product and supplies to ensure adequate levels are maintained for order volumes.
• Partners with Inventory Specialist and receiving team on location issues.
• Monitors general processing operations for quality picking, packing and shipment of all orders.
• Completes special projects as assigned by management.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

• Warehouse production experience.
• Familiarity with Eclipse.
• Detail oriented with good organizational, writing, and documentation skills.
• Strong management, communication, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Able to work flexible and extended workdays based on business needs.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.

Shift: This shift starts at 2:00 PM 10:30 PM Monday - Friday.

Location:

This role is based on site in San Leandro, CA. Salary Range:
This exempt position pays between $65,900 $ 79,899. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
