Position

Warehouse person II (Open) – San Leandro, CA.

Location:

San Leandro, CA. Hourly pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour.

• Support safe and orderly stocking, storing, and labeling of incoming materials and supplies in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and distribute materials and supplies for delivery via outside carriers or Airgas drivers.
• Validate delivery of materials and provide a physical receipt.
• Contribute to periodic inventory of warehouse materials and maintain recorded inventory.
• Review incoming and outgoing product invoices per company policy.
• Safely operate forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse/material handling equipment.
• Uphold company SOPs on distribution, safety, and other relevant procedures.
• Perform general site housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned.
• Load and unload service trucks with gas cylinders, containers, and supplies for scheduled route deliveries in coordination with dispatcher.
• Use personal protective equipment and adhere to company safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing.

• Required:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk 8–10 hours.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Must work effectively with diverse people.
• Preferred:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Background in gas, welding, safety supply, or chemical industry.
  • Experience operating a forklift.
