Organize maintenance parts and ensure items are stored in an orderly and efficient manner;
Perform inventory movements and counts, including cycle counts, and verify received orders;
Receive incoming orders, verify quantities and part numbers, and record transactions in the inventory system;
Update inventory records in CMMS and related software (Limble);
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to maintain inventory spreadsheets and communicate with team members
