Ferguson, a Fortune 500 distributor of industrial, commercial, and residential solutions since 1953, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage a team of 5‑15 associates.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm plus overtime as needed.
- Maintain a productive warehouse through hiring, training, and professional development of all associates.
- Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of product and paperwork.
- Ensure warehouse space is used effectively, kept clean and orderly, and that inventory integrity is maintained through cycle counts.
- Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying issues to branch management.
- Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
- At least 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Excellent judgment and decision‑making abilities.
- Great communication skills and a desire to lead a team.
- Competitive pay ranging from $30.00 to $40.99 per hour, with overtime and incentive plan eligibility.
