The Site Supervisor is the number two to the Operations Manager (Site Leader) and serves as the primary floor leader for daily sort and outbound operations. The role involves executing labor and operations plans, leading hourly associates, and ensuring safety, quality, and cost standards on every shift.

• Safety: Design and implement safety standards, ensure PPE availability, enforce company safety policies, and champion OSHA compliance.
• Outbound: Manage the warehouse outbound process, ensuring packages are shipped each operating day according to schedule and metrics are achieved.
• Sortation: Oversee the sortation process, ensuring accurate and efficient package sorting and continuous improvement of metrics.
• Team Management: Train, lead, mentor, and develop hourly leads and associates; select and onboard personnel; develop work procedures, rosters, and staffing assignments.
• Operational Problem Solving: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues in real time; communicate risks and variances to leadership; coordinate with other departments and use data for improvement.
• Supply Management: Implement a supply inventory system to prevent stock‑outs, submit bi‑weekly orders, and reduce costs.

• Requires weekend, overnight, holiday, and on‑call coverage; no fixed shift as the operation runs 24/7.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at a desk or on a computer.
• Occasional travel nationally for coverage support may be required.

Targeted base salary range: $78,000 – $89,000 per year (SFO). Additional compensation may include bonuses, equity, or commissions.
