Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices for accuracy and quality.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation, including freight bills, packing lists, and inventory records.
- Prepare, package, label, and coordinate outbound shipments using the most efficient and cost‑effective shipping methods.
- Determine appropriate carriers and routing based on shipment size, urgency, handling requirements, and transportation costs.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Stock, organize, and distribute materials, parts, and supplies to inventory locations and manufacturing production lines.
- Reject and document damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming materials in accordance with company procedures.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material coordination.
- Minimum 2 years of experience receiving, inspecting, and verifying materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, documentation, and inventory control procedures.
- Experience preparing, packaging, labeling, and coordinating domestic and/or international shipments.
- Ability to determine appropriate shipping methods and carriers based on cost, urgency, and shipment requirements.
- Must be able to provide a U.S. passport or a U.S. birth certificate at the time of interview.
