Tax Manager – San Luis Obispo, CA, US
Job DescriptionExperience: Mid Level
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
Responsibilities- Lead and review complex individual, partnership, S-Corporation, and closely held business tax engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance to clients year-round
- Manage client relationships, engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring exceptional service
- Mentor, develop, and review the work of tax professionals, helping drive team growth and performance
- Conduct advanced tax research, identify planning opportunities, and support business development initiatives through referral and client network expansion
