CUSTOMER SERVICE & SCHEDULING REPRESENTATIVE – TERMITE SERVICES

Join a stable, locally established company in a key coordination role. You’ll guide customers through the termite-service process, keep inspections and projects on schedule, and work closely with a supportive office and field team.

Location:

On-site in San Luis Obispo, California

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch

Pay: $22–$27 per hour, depending on relevant experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule termite inspections, fumigations, treatments, and repair work while coordinating customers, inspectors, technicians, crews, and other parties.
• Communicate appointment details, preparation requirements, paperwork needs, and schedule changes clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate schedules and detailed customer and job records in company systems.
• Track signed agreements, deposits, access information, and other requirements to ensure jobs are ready to proceed.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email, providing helpful information about scheduling and termite services.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
• Follow outstanding tasks through completion and work closely with office and field staff to deliver excellent service throughout the entire process.

Preferred, but Not Required

• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, office administration, or project coordination.
• Experience in pest control, construction, real estate, property management, or another field-service industry.
• Experience coordinating appointments among customers, field personnel, and outside parties.
