Project Manager​/Superintendent

Stalwork, Inc. has an opportunity for a Project Manager/Superintendent. The Project Manager/Superintendent will be involved with multiple aspects of the estimating construction process. The ideal candidate should be self‑motivated, a quick learner, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.

• Demonstrate leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to estimate multiple projects at one time, prove excellent management skills, work independently as well as a team, excellent follow‑through, accountability, strong attention to detail, great organizational skills and ability to resolve issues/problems.
• Review Owner Engineers’ scope definition, preliminary plans, drawings, and specifications for the project.
• Manage site civil, concrete, and framing scopes. Rough‑in layout, siding, and finish carpentry.
• Evaluate field conditions and determine construction, installation, and infrastructure requirements.
• Review all proposals received from subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Work with subcontractors and suppliers to secure accurate specifications, quotes and terms; attend site walks and work with subcontractors to develop scopes on all projects.
• Email updates, problem resolution on job sites, layout footings, concrete inspections, plate and detail, resolve challenging framing scopes, work with staff on resolutions, pace, and constructability. Manage construction staff.

• Knowledge of engineering and construction disciplines. Complete working knowledge of plan sets.

• Highly paid salary position. $+ to start. BOE.

Full time position. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 6AM – 5:30PM.
