Assistant Superintendent
Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of ground up multi-family construction projects throughout California's Central Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career with a well established builder known for quality, teamwork, and long term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and project activities
- Monitor safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Support site logistics and project documentation
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Experience on ground-up multi-family construction projects
- Understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite safety
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and project teams
