Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, part-time role based in San Luis Obispo, CA for a Front Desk Staff position. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and handling guest check-ins and check-outs. The role also includes clerical tasks, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties, including managing multi-line phone systems and guest check-ins/check-outs
- Proven excellence in Customer Service and Communication to provide a positive experience for guests
- Basic Computer Literacy to effectively use booking systems and other relevant software
- Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred
