Revit Draftsperson Architecture Intern – In-Office in San Luis Obispo
Who We Are:
LETTER FOUR, INC. is an established, full service Design-Build firm located in Culver City, CA and San Luis Obispo, CA. We work primarily on custom single family residential and retail tenant improvement projects, with restaurant and office design among other project types. We are seeking an Intern to operate as a Revit Drafter/ Designer who is driven to take on more responsibility, grow, and challenge themselves as they eagerly collaborate with our team and learn the ins and outs of Design-Build.
WhatYour Day Looks Like:
This position will be full time (4 10 hour days M-Th) Summer 2025 and full or part time Fall 2025 depending on school scheduling. On a daily basis this position will include generating 3D Revit models, standard 2D project phase drawings, redlines, sketches, details, etc., brainstorming with project managers and other staff, updating Revit standards and construction details, Passive House and high performance building detailing and component research, consultations with vendors and consultants, and city permit coordination.
Salary+ Benefits:
Salary and benefits are based on experience. Benefits typically included paid holidays and time off, paid sick days, monthly HRA account, 401k contribution after 1 year of continuous full time employment, and a yearly bonus. We operate on a 4/10 schedule, working four 10 hour days per week. Our office is closed on Fridays.
What We’re Looking For:- Current BArch or MArch candidate or recent graduate
- Autodesk Revit proficiency
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Bluebeam, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Excel proficiency (is a plus)
- Notion experience (is a plus)
- Construction administration experience (is a plus)
- Experience with city permitting (is a plus)
- Reliability, positivity, self-motivation, drive to learn
