- Accounting and financial support, including journal entries, reports, accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Student staff & learning assistant support including recruitment, scheduling/calendars, training, communication, and other logistics
- Administrative & logistical support for programs, including purchasing, storage organization, and activity coordination
- Communication and collaboration with internal and external campus partners, including email, phone, Zoom chat and other modes of customer support
Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university. One year of technical or administrative experience. A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
SalaryAnticipated Hiring Range: $27.69 - $30.57 per hour
Classification Range: $27.69 - $40.34 per hour
