Job Summary
The Academic Personnel Analyst administers faculty personnel processes across the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, appointments, onboarding, compensation, workload, review processes, and offboarding. This role combines careful analysis and attention to detail with responsive service and a focus on making complex personnel processes work effectively for faculty and academic leaders.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a responsive, solution-oriented approach to service.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and one year of technical or administrative experience; additional qualifying experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. A graduate degree in a related field may substitute for the required year of experience. Experience administering faculty personnel processes in a college or university environment is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Range:$67,476 to $80,640 per year
Classification Range: $46,548 - $89,856 per year
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Anticipated Hiring Range referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Classification Range may be broader than what the University anticipates paying for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
