As a Sales Engineer at Nviro, you will combine technical expertise, consultative selling, and customer-focused service to deliver sustainable and effective water management solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about environmental technology and client success.
Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of Nviro’s water and wastewater treatment technologies, including purification systems, pumps, filters, valves, and process equipment.
- Partner closely with clients to assess water and wastewater needs, system capacity, quality requirements, and compliance objectives.
- Recommend tailored solutions that integrate products, services, and technologies to meet client goals and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, cost estimates, and quotations aligned with client budgets and performance criteria.
- Present technical information clearly and persuasively through meetings, presentations, and written documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing responsive communication, technical support, and proactive follow-up.
- Seek, qualify, and track new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach; maintain and manage CRM records to ensure accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to confirm feasibility, design alignment, and delivery of proposed solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to strengthen Nviro’s market position.
- Ensure all solutions comply with environmental and safety regulations and align with Nviro’s sustainability goals.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts for transparency and effective account management.
- Attend client sites, trade shows, conferences, and industry events to identify new leads, promote Nviro’s solutions, and gather market intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Interested in growing in sales engineering, consulting, or a related role in water or wastewater treatment.
- Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems and processes.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills to identify and respond to client needs effectively.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for developing accurate cost estimates and proposals.
- Exceptional documentation, organizational, and follow-through skills with both clients and internal teams.
- Able to travel regularly to client sites, trade shows, and industry events to maintain strong client relationships and stay current with industry trends.
