Our site in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a QA Labs Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

In this role, you will verify test conditions for qualification testing. You will also document these changes in our Management of Change process as well as Standard Operating Procedures.

• Conduct tests to verify cleanliness of setup
• Conduct thorough tests to evaluate the effectiveness of process parameters determined by R&D
• Assist in the transfer of test setup from R&D to the new QA media quality lab
• Write standard operating procedures for testing
• Assist in various analytical services tasks such as cleaning parts

• Detail-oriented
• Data analytics skills
• Technical writing
• Time management

• Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.
• Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program

Employees will need to be able to wear respirators for media filling.

$20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on graduation year and candidate skillset
