The Role:

Entegris is currently seeking a Lead Engineer, Quality Operating Systems to join our San Luis Obispo, CA facility
.

The position will lead the development and improvement of our qualitysystemprocesses, inspire cross-functional teams, and champion operational excellence in a dynamic,face-paced environment.

Yourexpertisein quality systemsandprocess optimization will drive meaningfulchangein how quality is defined and achieved at Entegris, enabling the manufacturing ofadvancedsemiconductor devices around the world.

What You'll Do:

• Drive quality management system improvement atthe Entegris San Luis Obispo, CAfacilityin partnership with Operations, Quality,and Engineering as a member ofthe North America Quality Operating Systems teamat
  
  Entegris.
• Identify,diagnose,and propose solutions toquality system needsat San Luis Obispothroughcollaborative discussion with cross-functional team members, reviewof metrics/KPIs,internal audits/assessments,hands-on observations, andstructuredproblem-solving tools.
• Guide cross-functional leaders,process owners, and corrective action (CAPA) assignee sin their quality system journey, empowering them to adopt best practices andraisequality management system(QMS) maturity.
• Lead quality system audit activities includingconductinginternal
  
  QMSauditsacross North Americaandcoordinatingsite
  
  ISO 9001, customer, and regulatory auditsat San Luis Obispo.
• Lead and/or contribute toglobal quality system projects to increase processperformanceandelevate quality standards across
  
  Entegrisworldwide.
• Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership, and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values).

What We Seek:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical,Mechanical,or Electrical
  
  Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentwithsignificantinvolvement in Quality Management System, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering activities.
• Passion and history of success incollaborativeproblem-solvingto drive continuous improvement.
• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Ability to communicate clearly,build relationships,and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with colleagues virtually.
• Working knowledge of engineering tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), 8D Problem Solving,Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action / Preventive Action (CAPA),Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 orsimilarstandards(IATF 16959, AS9100, ISO 13485) preferred.
• Lead Internal auditor experience and/or certification preferred.

• Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
