We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Resources Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and delivering water resource projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage water resource projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement innovative solutions for water management and conservation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to water resources. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute projects. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members. Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in water resources engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and water resource management principles. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, and GIS tools. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Range: $129,000 - $166,500 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
