• Oversee night-time dispensing and verification of prescriptions with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure controlled substance handling follows regulatory and internal procedures.
• Lead medication safety initiatives and incident reporting during night shifts.
• Provide clinical guidance on drug interactions and dosing for night operations.
• Maintain on-site protocol adherence, quality checks, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with day shift pharmacists to maintain continuity of care.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate restocking.
• Document and communicate outcomes, metrics, and deviations to senior staff.
• Engage in continuous learning to advance toward higher clinical responsibilities.
• Address patient and caregiver inquiries with clear, accurate pharmaceutical information.
• Access and utilize pipelines to forecast workload and optimize staffing and targets.
• Support onboarding and development of junior pharmacists and interns.

• Active pharmacist license in the relevant jurisdiction with Night Shift permit.
• 7on-7off night shift experience with high accuracy in dispensing.
• Strong knowledge of controlled substance handling and regulatory compliance.
• Clinical pharmacology expertise for drug interactions and dosing guidance.
• Inventory management proficiency including stock checks and restocking.
• Quality assurance, audit readiness, and incident reporting workflows.
• Experience using workflows pipelines to forecast workload and staffing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-shift collaboration.
• Mentorship skills to onboard and develop junior pharmacists and interns.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to document metrics and outcomes for senior staff.
