Pro Katchers is seeking a local contract Clinical Pharmacist for a local contract job in San Luis Obispo, California.

Shift:
4x10s - Variable Shift - 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM or 10:30 AM - 09:00 PM.
Schedule is as needed.
Can expect to be scheduled 2-3 weekends per month.

Work Experience:
Verify and fills orders for medications, monitors patient medication therapies, provide drug information, identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards, documents all interactions for medical review, and supervises and directs support personnel.
2-3 years of hospital experience required.
Prefer an IV certification like Critical Point.
Need Cerner experience.
One year's technical experience
