Overview
SLO Credit Union is seeking its next CEO with the impending retirement of its current CEO. The ideal candidate will lead with high integrity, be a strong communicator, be a strategic thinker with a passion for embracing technology, delivering operational efficiencies, and driving smart growth for the organization as its next President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Will be adept at building strong working relationships with Board, Staff & Community Partners.
We are looking for someone who has strong financial and risk management background. A deep understanding of ALM, trends and loan risks.
We are a small but mighty credit union with a heart for our members and dedicated to improving their financial lives. We are located along the Central Coast of California in lovely San Luis Obispo.
Responsibilities- Lead with integrity, communicate effectively, and provide strategic direction.
- Embrace technology, deliver operational efficiencies, and drive smart growth.
- Build strong working relationships with the Board, staff, and community partners.
- Oversee financial and risk management with a deep understanding of ALM, trends, and loan risks.
- Strong financial and risk management background.
- Deep understanding of ALM, loan risks, and relevant industry trends.
- Proven leadership experience in a financial institution or similar organization, with ability to engage stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.
Located along the Central Coast of California in San Luis Obispo.
