Provides overall leadership to the seafood team and manages daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance and special projects.;
Hires, develops, mentors, and conducts performance evaluations; makes separations as needed.;
Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets; projects annual sales and operating budgets.;
Manages ordering and inventory to achieve targeted profitability; maintains vendor relationships and industry awareness.;
Ensures customer service excellence, safety, and adherence to health and safety regulations; fosters teamwork and high morale.
