Inspired Flight Technologies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Support Associate
- Inventory to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for accurately transacting material, picking parts for work orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy within our ERP system.

This is a hands-on role that directly supports manufacturing flow and on-time builds.

• Pick parts and components according to work orders and job travelers
• Accurately transact material in ERP (Net Suite)
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and revisions before issuing material
• Stage material for production and kit builds
• Maintain clean and organized inventory locations
• Assist with receiving and put-away as needed
• Report discrepancies in inventory or documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions and part numbers precisely
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Accurate material transactions
• Clean and organized inventory locations
• On-time kitting for production
• Low inventory discrepancies

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Primarily on feet
• Interaction with production, supply chain, and engineering teams
