Role Specifics and Benefits
  • Role responsibilities and growth: You will deliver comprehensive NICU nursing care for critically ill newborns, including continuous assessment of vital signs, ventilation support coordination, IV therapy, medication administration, thermoregulation, feeding plans, weight monitoring, and growth progress. You’ll lead and participate in daily rounds, ensure precise handoffs, implement care plans, and actively partner with families to educate and empower them in the care journey.

    You’ll mentor newer team members and have pathways for specialty certifications and professional advancement within neonatal care, including leadership track opportunities as you demonstrate expertise and initiative.
  • Competitive compensation and incentives: Weekly pay ranges from $1,927 to $2,061, recognizing the critical skill set you bring to the NICU. In addition to competitive pay, you may qualify for a sign‑on bonus and housing support to ease transition into the assignment.
