Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and monitor physiological changes.
- Address the psychosocial needs of neonates and educate families on care processes.
- Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary personnel within their scope of practice.
- Participate in cross-training and floating to Pediatric units as required.
