ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Administer medications and document physiological changes and psychosocial needs of neonates.
- Educate and train patients and their families regarding care and treatment.
- Supervise and delegate care responsibilities to ancillary personnel as appropriate.
- Cross-train and float to Pediatric units as needed.
