- Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
- Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.
- Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.
- Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.
- Possesses knowledge of medications and demonstrates ability to dispense medications as per FHMC standards.
- Associates Degree
- Registered nurse with 2 years of experience
- Other candidates to be considered on an individual basis and attributes
- Current Registered Nurse: CA RN
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program - NRP, within 90 Days
- Stable Program - STBL
- Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing RNC - NIC
