Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice:

- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification:

- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS OR HS-PALS OR RQIPALS) certification:

- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification:
Required
- 2 years of experience required
- Prefer PICU experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the intensive care setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate families on care processes and health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
