- Certifications:

TNCC, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (TNCC must be obtained before start date if not currently held)

- Experience:

Minimum 3 years in specialty required; must have worked in submitted specialty within the past 3 months.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Medical ICU, Trauma ICU, or Neuro ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols within the unit.
