Licensed Vocational Nurse; LVN Home Health - San Luis Obispo

Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking full‑time LVN's to join our team for the San Luis Obispo, Northern San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria areas.

The regular work schedule is Monday‑Friday (generally 8 to 5 PM) with 1 weekend every 4 weeks rotation.

• Current California LVN license
• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
• Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
• Home Health experience is a plus

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $35.00‑$45.00 per visit. Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $31.00‑$35.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.
