Description As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide essential care for newborns in a specialized environment.
Your role includes planning and coordinating nursing care, administering medications, and addressing the physiological and psychosocial needs of neonates. You will supervise and delegate tasks to support staff and ensure high-quality care while floating to pediatric units as needed.
