Charge Nurse experience required
Must have NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications within the last 2 years
Oversee nursing staff within the Labor and Delivery unit
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Facilitate effective communication among team members
Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
Monitor patient care levels and quality outcomes
