RN II – Step Down Unit

Schedule:

Nights, 12 hours

Assignment Details:

Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Ability to accurately interpret ECG rhythm
• Experience in managing care during life-threatening emergencies

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the step down unit.
• Oversee the care provided by ancillary personnel, ensuring compliance with scope of practice.
• Evaluate patient condition and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
