TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced RN ICU Leader for a 13-week contract in San Luis Obispo, CA. The RN Nurse Lead – Medical ICU will mentor the team while sustaining hands-on bedside care and clinical excellence.
This leadership role requires 5+ years in ICU, charge nurse or supervisor experience, and current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC. You will direct daily ICU operations, coordinate staffing, partner with physicians, and drive quality, safety, and operational performance.
