• Provide unit-based leadership and collaborate with management, physicians, and staff.
• Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary personnel.
• Ensure delivery of cost-effective, professional patient care with positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
• Assess and implement improvements in quality of patient experience.
• Maintain high levels of patient safety.
