F&B Attendant

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members and assist in resolving guest complaints as needed.
• Courteously take guest orders at the counter / bar area, enter into POS and complete payment while making recommendations, upselling. Adhere to all Cash Handling and accounting procedures.
• Run food and beverages to guest tables, check‑in with and monitor guests’ experience throughout their visit to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks for guests as ordered.
• Complete all opening and closing duties and all side work as assigned.
• Buss tables, wipe down and reset the table for the next guests.
• Assist with cleaning dining area (mopping, sweeping and dusting). Ensure cleanliness is up to health code standards at all times.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of service areas.
• Adhere to food safety requirements.
• Answer phone promptly, taking to‑go orders courteously.
• Requisition necessary dining room supplies and transport from storage area to dining room.
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department, restaurant and hotel.
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• No barista experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.

Pay Range: $16.90/hr. (min wage + tips)
