We are seeking Experienced Bartender applicants for our family-owned seafood restaurant group based in San Luis Obispo, CA.

Lure Fish House is a family-owned restaurant featuring fresh and sustainable seafood from trusted sources. Local and organic ingredients are used whenever possible.

• Clean Restaurant /Bar Area to like new condition during and after every shift
• Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables/Bar top
• Restock ice (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
• Sweep floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
• Mop floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility)
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned (i.e., Run food, run drinks, help teammates, restroom checks, take inventory, etc.)
• Interact with guests professionally
• Light cleaning
• Complete Knowledge of Bar Standards, Expectations, and Recipes
• Consistency
• Competency - Product knowledge is paramount. Importance of product knowledge:
  Our bartenders need to have all the answers when it comes to anything concerning bar operations.

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds

$16.50 per hour plus competitive tips

• Food Handlers
• RBS Certificate (BOH employees do not need to obtain this certificate)
• Harassment Class Certificate
• Under 18 - Work Permit
