Operations Support – Full Time

• Oversee daily service delivery by tracking trip performance, ensuring routes begin on time, monitoring incidents and scheduling, and reporting vehicle data.
• Provide customer support by responding promptly to questions and concerns about service information.
• Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators.
• Proactively identify and resolve situations that impact customer service.
• Obtain or maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with training provided.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience preferred; training provided.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient with computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Successful pass of a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
