• Salary: $21.63-$28.07 per hour

• Oversees daily service by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, scheduling, and vehicle data reporting.
• Provides customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding service information.
• Manages emergency situations for vehicle operators.
• Reviews route performance and proactively responds to situations that impact customer service.
• Ability to obtain or already hold a CDL (training available).

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years experience preferred but will train
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of and efficient use of computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Pre-employment drug screen required; drug-free workplace
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the US)
