Typical Duties:

* Serves Students. Oversee management of the primary Adult Education grant and related grants. Lead assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of ADEAES grant proposals. Direct budget planning, monitoring, and management for all grant allocations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Monitor program progress, maintain records, and manage data to support compliance and track outcomes. Coordinate class and program scheduling, purchasing, and operations to maximize efficiency.

Maintain program databases and prepare financial and performance reports for ADE, the Dean of Regional Centers and Adult Education, and the AWC Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Grants. Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies related to the WIOA System.

* Oversee all student support processes for the program operations, including recruitment, intake, advising, orientation, assessment, registration, placement, and ongoing tracking. Develop, implement, and monitor procedures to support student success and ensure compliance with grant requirements. Coordinate staff training and certification, provide guidance on student support strategies, and maintain accurate records to track progress and outcomes. Evaluate program processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance student engagement, retention, and achievement.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree AND 3 years of experience in one (or a combination) of the following areas: community outreach, working with marginalized populations, case management, advising or counseling, education, or teaching.

* 3 years' of experience in teaching elementary, secondary, post-secondary, and/or adult education.

* Demonstrated work experience in leading effective teams.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

* Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass-related background check

* Ability to obtain and hold an Arizona Adult Education Teaching Certificate

* Arizona Driver's License or Equivalent

Salary:

$52,598- $55,754 per year, depending on experience.
