Inventory Clerk​/IT Tech

Position: Inventory Clerk / IT Tech
Harvest Preparatory Academy is a K-12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis Arizona. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented entry-level Inventory / IT Technician to support campus-wide inventory operations and provide basic IT assistance across two campuses. Harvest Preparatory Academy prides itself on excellence; we are looking for a candidate that will enhance our level of excellence and take pride in their work.

Inventory Management:

* Maintain accurate inventory records for all campus equipment, including instructional, operational, and IT assets

* Receive, track, issue, transfer, and store equipment for two campuses

* Assist with routine inventory audits and reconciliation

* Keep inventory and storage areas organized and orderly

* Coordinate with campus staff regarding equipment requests and availability

* Maintain basic inventory documentation and logs

IT Support:

* Respond to helpdesk tickets from teachers and staff

* Provide basic troubleshooting for devices, printers, and classroom technology

* Assist with setup, deployment, and replacement of equipment

* Escalate technical issues as needed

* Communicate clearly regarding ticket status and resolutions

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Ability to stay focused, multitask, and follow through on assigned tasks

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

* Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, applications and settings

* Knowledge of MS Office applications

* Strong attention to detail

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work between two campuses as needed

Preferred (but Not Required):

* Experience in inventory, clerical, warehouse, or school-related roles

* Basic familiarity with computers, printers, or classroom technology

* Interest in learning IT and technical support skills
