Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will be part of the leadership team driving profitability through customer service, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You will coach the sales team, collaborate with leadership, and provide operational support to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities- Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact business results and maximize profitability.
- Own a designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
- Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts as needed.
- Partner to create a collaborative work environment for all associates.
- Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and provides best‑in‑class customer service.
- Lead fit sessions to improve product knowledge for associates.
- Develop and execute community engagement initiatives and events to build loyalty.
- Step into various roles on the sales floor when required.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
- Strong passion for the brand, customers, and teams.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments.
- Demonstrated teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy in task execution.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate uncertainty.
- Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
- Hourly wage: $17.75 – $22.30 (salary varies by location and experience).
- Base pay and bonus opportunities.
