Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant - High-Growth Company - North County San Diego! Are you looking to take full ownership of core accounting operations while supporting a growing, PE-backed business? Join our client, an established and expanding organization, where you ll lead close processes, strengthen controls, and own critical inventory and cost accounting functions. Apply today!

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experiece working in fast paced environment
• Strong understanding of GL, month-end close, financial statements, and GAAP
• Experience with inventory or cost accounting preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple competing priorities

• Lead month end and year end close to ensure accurate, timely, audit ready financials
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP compliant financial statements
• Manage inventory accounting, including reconciliations, physical counts, and COGS adjustments
• Partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and costing processes
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance activities

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience
