Responsibilities- The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees the daily operations of True Care’s accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions.
- Supervise assigned staff and manage AP/AR processes.
- Update financial records and oversee vendor relationships.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing payments made and received.
- Ensure that the department meets all financial deadlines and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- An associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience relevant to the position.
- A minimum of three (3) years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience.
- Proficiency in grant accounting or cost accounting.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements.
- Proficiency with ERP software and the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

The pay range for this role is $30.12 - $43.67 on an hourly basis.
