Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a growing company in Escondido, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience who enjoys accurate, detail-driven work in a fast-paced business environment.

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and collections.
• Process customer purchase orders from receipt through shipping documentation and order fulfillment support.
• Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Post incoming payments, prepare bank deposits, and research payment discrepancies.
• Assist with multi-state sales tax reporting and basic payroll-related accounting tasks.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to internal Accounting, Sales, and Service teams in a paperless environment.

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
