Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk for a direct hire opportunity with a growing global manufacturing organization in the Escondido, CA area. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, accuracy, customer interaction, and supporting both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer purchase orders from receipt through estimates, invoicing, shipping paperwork, and related documentation.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, collections monitoring, and customer account reconciliation.
- Support accounts payable and general accounting functions while maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, purchase orders, and customer accounts.
- Prepare bank deposits, assist with multi-state sales tax reporting, and coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, archiving, document organization, and communication with administration, sales, and service teams.
- Pay range: $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. - Job type:
