Data Entry Specialist

Adecco is actively recruiting for a Data Entry Specialist position with Taylor Made Golf in Carlsbad, CA. This is a 12-month temporary assignment
. In this role, you will be responsible for transferring our technical documentation related to our golf ball products into a document management software tool. Documentation responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and controlling key documentation needed to produce our golf balls at our global suppliers. They will make edits, manage updates, manually upload data into document management software, and check sensitive documents for quality & accuracy, while also maintaining confidentiality.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • Create and/or upload all controlled Golf Ball Engineering documents (specifications, supplier manufacturing processes, cosmetic specs, production release notices, etc.) into the document management software tool.

  • Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control.

  • Manage the linkages of documentation within the organization and suppliers via the document management software.

  • Enter data into a computer and confirm documentation is accurate and consistent with Engineering document standards.

  • Create templates within the document management software tool for future use by suppliers and within the organization.

  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required.

  • Demonstrated ability to review technical documentation and identify errors quickly and accurately.

  • Detail-oriented; has a meticulous work style and a known tendency to catch errors and enact appropriate changes.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and document management applications

  • Working knowledge of Excel.

  • Able to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.

  • High School Diploma required;
    Associate degree (preferred) or equivalent in a technical or business administration field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience as a document controller and/or data entry specialist

  • Experience with documentation management software (Spec Right) a plus.

  • Experience with handling multiple types of technical documents and understanding the linkages between them a plus.

This is a full-time, 12-month temporary role. Work with a recruiter to learn more about the schedule and opportunity!

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
