Job Description

The Team Operations Coordinator assists the head coach in the organization, management and administration of strategies as they relate to the goals and objectives of the football program.

Job Duties

Position duties include: assist with management of financial aspects of the football program, including, but not limited to budget, travel, recruiting operations, and fundraising in consultation with Head Coach; coordinate official and unofficial visits and all other recruiting events; monitor academic progress of prospective student-athletes, assist with away game travel and other team travel logistics; compile all compliance documentation as it relates to recruiting visits;

marketing and fundraising initiatives for the program and the athletic department; comply with applicable NCAA, Conference and Texas State University rules and regulations; and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.
