Job Overview
Under the general supervision of the Sr. Associate Director of the University Student Union (USU), the incumbent will support both USU Live and Tukwut Life Programs, as well as student-facing services within the Student Union including the Activity Center. They will also contribute to overall building and departmental operations. The incumbent will have responsibility for advising, coordinating and implementing a variety of student programs and services.

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.

Pay, Benefits, and Work ScheduleAnticipated Hiring Salary Amount: $4,482 per month.
CSU Classification Salary Range: $4,482 - 6,342 per month.
Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; retirement (CalPERS); tuition waiver; vacation and sick leave; 15 paid holidays (14 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken at any time during the year).

This position is required to work in person on campus.
