Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos is seeking an Early Education Program Coordinator to lead a play-based expanded learning program for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students. You will plan age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and ensure a safe, joyful learning environment.
Reporting to the Site Director, you will collaborate with staff, engage families, and monitor progress through observations.
